I do occasionally tune to both EEEEBE and EBEEBE. No idea what they're called though.
When I do , it's more for a My Bloody Valentine sound rather than CSN. A couple of their songs (To Here Knows When for example) are based on this tuning so I usually just mess around with the chord shapes for them. You get plenty of droning notes going on.
To get the correct sound you have to gaze at your shoes too.
