A friend of mine's brother is a swimming coach - he's done some time in China & he attributes most of their world leading performance currently to their work ethic - they train harder & longer than anyone he'd worked with in Australia (including aussie olympic atheletes), he actually had to schedule in breaks for recovery as the chinese'd train themselves too hard!!
