Last night I put my tweed Champ on 12 and practiced playing clean. Like my Bassman, that amp really responds to my playing (or lack thereof) and really makes it hard to wanna use any other style of amp. With a bf/sf style of amp I NEED reverb in order to like my tone. With tweed, I just need the knobs.
