He overpaid and wants out of the deal. Its only 35 dollars less than retail, not counting your case. I would not be happy if I had made this purchase. Yours is 315 shipped with some kind of case, new is 349.00 shipped, I assume no case. Your generic description that the guitar may be a second or floor model adds to the feeling this not that good a deal. It looks like you have no idea where the guitar came from.
