Caveat emptor. Buyer beware. Everytime I look at an item on ebay, I check the return policy. This guy should have as well. Explain to him that the auction was no return and it was clearly says no returns or exchanges. It does say it is still covered by ebay buyer protection. I'm not sure how that affects you or the buyer...
