It have found its very hit or miss. I really do enjoy my '85 squier MIJ strat, which I paid $120 for recently, and my vox pathfinder 15 made in Vietnam ($75) and my line 6 mobile in with my iPhone (Both made in China). I find all of them a great bang for the buck. I would rather buy a hand wired made in china before a pcb made in USA.
Everything worth $omething is made in USA. Hell I wish I could get a USA for $120. I was pretty pumped to get a Japan made guitar for that cheap. Everything but their 60s stuff is decent quality.
