Yeah, I might let it go and not report it as long as he takes it back with a full refund and pays shipping.
Police don't do much with cases like this anyway. Though if it's a recently stolen amp, there could be a case filed.
But I'd keep an eye out to make sure it's not listed again on eBay for some other poor buyer to get stuck with.
