In a perfect world, I'd use a 5E3 with a Deluxe Reverb. Both on, all the time. Not a fan of the idea that you'd use one for cleans and one for dirty tones, although a lot of people take the A/B approach. I'm more of a Y guy, because the two mixed yields a wonderfully complex tone that does cleans and dirt really well, especially if you have a dirt pedal on the board to help push the clean amp dirty and your dirty amp cleans up nicely when you back off the guitar's volume knob.
One of these days, I'll rock this setup... one of these days. If I wasn't hauling a pedal steel and acoustic guitar (and all that's associated with having both of those along) for every gig, I'd be using the Tone King Imperial next to the Victoria 35210 for every gig.
Then again... maybe I should try that anyway... HMMM.
