jmiles, in short i had a motorcycle accident.. crawled for two days with a compound fracture to the left distal femur ( and about 8" above the ankle that poked out of my skin too.. but i could not see that i mostly saw the femur poping up when i would go over a big rock etc ) dragged my self a mile and half that way, and by the way your femur is much bigger than you would expect. laughs. hope no one else ever has to see there thigh bone up close and all personal.. six month in ICU most of the time in traction ad over 40 operations, two years to learn to walk again, etc etc.
ok, when i start that will be the first thing i learn to do. also thinking maybe a rubber mat under my feet, shrugs. i basically live sitting down because of the accident.
