What's the model? Where was it made? Does the headstock/serial number say this is just a normal Tele, or might there be a CS logo on the back of the headstock someplace? I'm thinking there's no way this came out of the factory unless it's CS, but I'm just guessing.
The pics are grainy, but the inlay looks pretty well-done to me.
