the natural spring of good fretwire will make it impossible to get them to bend down and stay stuck to the binding. those frets weren't properly over radiused before nibbling the ends and sticking 'em in the fret slots. the best remedy for you is to cya glue them down. this will not harm the binding or neck or frets, promise. use *quality* hobby shop/medical grade water thin cya, and get lots of thin replacement "hypo needle nozzles". press down on each fret (or clamp) so that the fret end is flat to the binding/board, then wick in a small amount of cya. you can try using an accelerator, but it might leave a whitish residue. i prefer to clamp and wait for the cure to happen. yes, this will be a long process for ya, considering there are 42 to 44 fret ends (at most) to glue down - or maybe you only need to work on the ones that bug ya the most. totally doable. water thin cya glue is the only viable solution for you and your git.
