Depending on the type of music you play, there are a bunch of great sounding humbuckers out there. I'm simply nuts about the Seth Lover in my tele. Sweet, rich, woody and so touch sensitive it's scary. Jason Lollars Imperial Humbucker is outstanding. It will be my next humbucker purchase for sure. Duncan 59 or Jazz are excellent for teles as are the Stewart McDonald "Golden Age" pickup line. As a bonus, the Stew Mac pickups are lower cost than the others mentioned and they sound very good. DiMarzio makes some great sound pickups and their humbucking soapbar size pickup ( the DLX, I believe ) sound very cool in the neck of a tele. I've had quite a few different bridge pickups in this tele and they have all matched beautifully with the Seth.
