You can add one of the tracks to the iTunes library (you'll just need one because I'm assuming all tracks are the same sample rate/ bit depth. Although, you might want to add another track from the other studio just to check).
In iTunes, right click the track(s) and select "Get Info" and select "Summary" tab.
It'll show sample rate and sample size (bit depth).
