Both basses have the Squier Vintage Modified 70's TB Precision Bass bodies with the original pickguard (I have a custom bass with the same body and Fender neck).
Similar - but not identical!!! - pickguard is on Fender Modern Player Telecaster Bass and also Warmoth makes copy of a pickguard of that kind, but without a hole for pickup - made for use with regular split coil PU - here's the
