Now that makes sense. I'm sure some of the people are too volatile, and not civil enough to be on TV. I was wondering why more "Jerry Springer" types have not already torn up the set on the air.
I assume they would then do the case and then cut in an actor to play the part, though the basic "script" was taken from the actual case.
Though I could be wrong.
But then again, I'm talking about the audience!
