Thanks for your comments.

I paid $200 including shipping for a perfect neck. Cosmetic damaged due to inadequate packaging is not acceptable to me; although I respect the fact that you may be content to receive items that have received the ravages of the international postal system in inadequate packing.

I believe the damaged can be repaired but it will need to be resprayed once the lacquer has been cut back. This was my offer to the seller and eBay.

I do like relics but on this occasion the new, pristine look was what I was going for.
