I have a strat, but even with that I've grown so used to bending behind the nut I sometimes do it on the start too. May as well keep in poractice. I remvied the handle of the whammy bay and even when I do use it, ijust use the heel of my hand on the bridge on the strat. But to each his own, I won't sya I've never done it, but it does kind of rub me the wrong way. I'm gentele whern I do it.
