Neutrik 1/4inch jack sockets - seem pretty good

I've had a few jack sockets on my guitars go bad lately (intermittent noises and signal loss with no visible problem with the solder connections or anything) so I looked around for replacements and bought some Neutrik ones - not the ones with the lockable functions, but the regular open ones. They cost a buck or so more than some of the others available.

They certainly seen much sturdier that others I have had, with the solder tabs and the bit that the jack plug pushes up against all made of thicker metal than I've seen before. Once installed, the jack plug seems to have an especially tight fit too.

Only time will tell if they perform well for a few years, but I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a good part. Anyone else using them?
