Exactly right... and when the focus is only on one of those things, or neither of them, things can go sour pretty quickly.

Btw, I feed 'em every Sunday, and I let them know how much I appreciate their hard work and commitment all the time... they love serving, and work hard at their craft. Like mrboson, I am blessed, too.
