oddly enough my friend and I were discussing Hitchens last night. What a brilliant dude we lost, but from what I understood he was in considerable pain from the cancer, so at the very least he's at rest.

i would post some of my favorite quotes of his, but most would violate the rules of the TDPRI. his brother had some nice words, though
