From what someone else told me they have had a lot returned for this problem and the new ones are fixed.
There is a clip on the tank and the wires pop out. A dab of hot glue would solve the problem. Instead of sending mine back I figured I would just fix it so I didn't have to wait anymore.
Other then that it works great.
