Each team has a music director 'on mic' that only goes to everyones IEMs... this is beyond excellent for co-ordinating transitions, impromptu changes, variations to song forms and counting in songs without that dead air "CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK" from the drummer's sticks. And speaking of click we all have that now, not just the drummer. I say all or nothing (except drummer, if its one only).
