Alright. Now that I figured out the problem with the cab I will show y'all a photo.
The issue was that the positive/negative from the speaker to the cab input was reversed on the speaker. On the advice of my guitar shop tech I used a 9v battery and the cable from the cab to test. The 2 left speakers were being sucked in instead of being pushed out. I switched the wires and now it sounds GREAT!!!!!
