Yeah- Stage 10 was very exciting. Amazing how many "big names" were dropped at the end. I can't help but wonder if Lance actually gave the stage to Valverde... no offense intended to Valverde, but Lance has done things like that before, for team mates and other riders (remember Pantani?). I know Lance didn't obviously sit up right before the line, but i think he didn't sit up ON PURPOSE. In other words, "hey Val, thanks for the help putting some time into my rivals, you & me did the final 5K together, you go ahead and take the stage- I just want yellow. I'll make sure it looks natural, because neither of us want the controversy."
I guess I'm just having a hard believing Lance could drop the hammer like he did, (like he always does), and be with Valverde all the way to the top, even LEADING HIM OUT at the very end, and lose. Again, nothing against Valverde- he had an amazing ride yesterday.
You know who's really impressing? RASSMUSSEN. An EX-MOUNTAIN BIKER! Holy Crap! This guy came out of nowehre to climb with the best pros.
