Of course you may.
On my first hombrew I initialy had a 6 saddles bridge like the one on the DLX Nashville (the vintage type).
With this bridge I had the problem that the saddles were tilted sidewards when they were set too high (because of the string-pressure).
But I will give it a try - presupposed I score this Nashville on ebay.
