i just got mine today......and......WOW.
the SNC's seem ok to me.....the workmanship is impeccable, and the neck......the neck is perfect!
I guess mine is a NOS, cause it's a `04.....
did this year have that special switching??? if it does, i don't get it.
fwiw, it's the heritage cherry finish w/ the maple neck/board.
