Right now I'm looking for a Tech 21 Blonde or a Catilnbread Fn5. I don't think those will pop up used as often as a , lets say CS3 or Holy Grail. So if I had to have it right now it would be new. As far as the two pedals I own one new one used, so I guess thats 60-40 ratio.
