I run all of my acoustics through a Baggs Para-acoustic preamp. I recently got a PreSonus Acousti-Q, but I haven't stage tested it yet.
I use an Ashly Bass Preamp with my Ovation mandolin. It has all the features you'd want and sounds great. I don't use the crossover though.
