Hey guys, I've been GAS'n for one of these lately. Got a couple of things going, and a PJr just might be the thing. First off, I'm kind of over the sound of my BJr. I'm looking for something I can grab and go, but has some volume to it. I've owned a PJr years ago, but it wasn't my cup of tea then, but in all fairness, I only had it about a week or so. Ah, innocence. So I'm looking to get a couple of things out of this amp, if I get one. The first, I'd like to use it as a backup in my current band, which I play a '72 Super Reverb. On a side note, I'm also thinking of getting a Weber Z-matcher and I could run the PJr through the Super's cab. The Super is a big amp, and will be too big for some places we play. So I need something smaller, plus, it looks like I'm may be starting a blues band. BTW, my other band plays Rock, Country, and Blues. Based on all the YT videos I've seen this morning, PJrs cover quite a range of styles. My main guitar is a '72 Telecaster Custom RI, and I play a good bit of slide. I also have a 1x12 cab I can use as well. Am I heading in the right direction?

I almost forgot. Used PJrs are going for around $200, any difference in the circuit between the old ones and the PJr III? Thanks!
