Thanks everyone for your responses once again! Im getting a guitar tech to take a look at it tomorrow to give his verdict then popping it into the store for there tech to fix any issues, if its something that can't be fixed then ill decide what to do, i know they have a strat lefty in stock but im all about Teles really!

rcole_sooner your g string comment was pretty funny to be fair! but i will try a new one for my guitar anyway!
