bands are like underwear. sometimes you just need a change.
seriously, if you believe you are making life altering music with your current band, hang on, and things will work out... you'll end up with that frustrated player from some other band looking for something new. if the music isn't going to change the world, move on. you'll enjoy the experience of playing with others much more if there isn't alot of tension.
