I recently switched from working a day job to gigging full-time. I had a very good job so I am not hurting for gear, nor am I really hurting for money yet. I'm gigging about 3 times a week and not making ends meet at this point. I've played on one recording session so far and I'm looking to do more of that.
This is something I've dreamed of doing and every day is a real rush. I've also improved my playing incredibly and regardless of whether I eventually have to go back to work I'll always have these things.
