The other reasons are good ones, especially supply and demand, timing, and current trends. But photo's can make a big difference. A good photo is important but a photo that's too good may make people wonder. The image in your ad is a good representation of the guitar, but is that your guitar? I assumed it's a stock image (or very good clipping paths in Photoshop).
With all the online transaction scams these days... well you know.
I recently read about a guy who was selling his Martin online and before the buyer would send the money he asked if the seller would email a pic of the guitar in the bathroom. Odd but he thought okay. As soon as he did, the money showed up in his Paypal account. Then he realized that the photo proved that he actually posessed the real Martin to ship.
