The cover looks like a real Gibson part, they only did the embossed covers for a couple of years

The pickup could be a Gibson reissue PAF , or something else, kind of doubt that it is a vintage PAF , but then I'm no expert on humbuckers. There are folks who can tell, you'll need more detailed pics of the humbucker itself.

If it sounded good and you like it, why fool with it?
You can probably get some $$ for the cover, they are kind of rare. Then get another cover and put on the pickup and use it , or sell all the parts and get something else.
