Sorry, but I'm of no help on this one. When we do special order boots, as far as I know, we use material that we already have or we order it in.
We did 6
pr. for Tom Cruise just before Christmas that were pretty much like one of our regular production models, and a pair for a member of a popular country duo that was a different Ostrich material than we normally use. That material was ordered by our Nashville office, as far as I know. (Gee, I hope it's ok to name drop :D )
I will ask my supervisor though, on Monday, if we can do anything using the customer's own material.
