I saw a photo of Richard Thompson the other day. I've always loved his tone - in the photo he had a Ferrington that someone referred to in an earlier post. A Broadcaster pu at the bridge, a strat pu in the middle and a P90 at the neck. Looked like a fun combo. Good luck on your guitar trip.
