The routing is mostly finished - the centre line of the bridge landed at 195mm from the end of the neck. The final design of the pickguard should be evident by this Friday. The recent idea of a Bass VI guard was never really going to work, as the waist of the Bass VI is offset while the Tele is not. The end result will be part Tele Thinline, part Strat and part unique. Some filling will be required in the control cavity, which is a pain.
