I also had the power cord changed out. Seemed like a good thing to do.
Not long ago, I took mine to a tech for a going over. He did a cap job on it and cleaned some things up, replacing a few components that may have drifted or to tighten up the bottom. He also retubed and checked and set the bias. It cost about $200, but heck, I paid less than that for the amp some years ago, and now it's a monster. I haven't hesitated gigging it at all. Great amp and once you get it checked out by a tech, completely reliable.
