I've heard use of this as a compressor in the studio on some tracks such as vocal, and on kickdrum or snare for a crispy attack.
In the last post you said something about bad chip. I suppose that when buying a box full of thousands of chips, your a bound to end up with some bad ones. Glad to hear Keeley is good to his customers.
