lots of stuff in it that I've never used before.

Pb and Feldspar mostly.

proof of materials

here is what I will be building my 2012 challenge out of.

The long piece of rough sawn lumber is called Guyana Rosewood or Wamara. It is sap wood so it is light in color. I will be making the neck and body supports out of it. It is a very dense wood so the shaping and machining may take a toll on my cutting tools. The rest of the material are sheets of glass. The plan is to build a sunburst esquire.

One of the 5e3's is mostly built. needs the cab though. I'll try to keep that going too. I figure if I'm already going to fire up the table saw, I'll at least cut some pieces for my amp. I plan on doing my video using the homebuilt amp.
