Been using D'addario EXL 120, (9-42) forever and really like them, however, as of late I have switched to David Gilmore GHS "Blue Boomers". These strings are kind of different as the 1st 3 strings are steel and fairly light gauge, (.10, .12, .16), and strings 4-6 are medium gauge round wound nickel , (.28, .38, .48). Harder on the fingers but better tone.
