I also saw BC on the 3 Snakes tour...
It was Halloween eve 1996, NYC. I had backstage access even. 8)

The Crowes came out as "Jellied Donut" and were all in various Elvis garb and wigs. They did 3 songs (Teddy Bear, CC Rider, ?) as that "band," split to get changed, then came out as they normally do and did their thing.

Rich Robinson had those Matchless amps rockin.

I think they were a great band. I'd like to see them get it together.
