DaveO was trying to organize a tribute night here in Melbourne, even spoke to Fender Australia, but was advised that Leo's name could not be used in any advertising for the event.
It all got too difficult in the end... sad, but true.

I emailed the CEO of Fender Oz after speaking to him on the phone. Then I get a return email... from their
law firm....
I fully expect that tomorrow everyone who posted on this thread will have a bunch of the bottom-feeders burst into their houses and snap all their pencils a-la-The Simpsons....
