I had a worn brown epiphone SG. I liked it alot, it was a decent guitar. However, one day while i was taking it off over my head, the headstock caught the fan that was running right above me and threw the guitar into the ground. Snapped the neck off.
If it was my tele, i'm 99% sure it would have survived. =P
