It looks to me like it is wired in a series/parallel configuration with Rt=8 ohms.

Edited to add:
I assume the speakers are wired this way from the factory so phasing is probably correct but if you've changed any of the wiring it may be a good idea to do the old battery test:
Take a C or D cell and touch the final wires to the battery terminals. All cones should be popping the same direction. If one if backwards just swap the wires on that speaker.

Speakers don't really care about polarity per se, just in relation to the other speckers.
