Hi All,

I just picked up a 4 x 10 Blue Angel and was looking things over and was wondering how the speakers are wired (see picture below.) The amp has 4, 8, and 16 ohm outputs. Currently the plug is in the 4 ohm jack. The manual basically states "Feel free to experiment with speaker jacks, trying different loads." I'm not savvy about this stuff and I don't know if the previous owner experimented, as per the manual suggestion. I've downloaded pictures that show the plug in the 4 ohm jack and the 8 ohm jack.

Based on the wiring diagram below, what's the safest jack to use - 4, 8, or 16? The wires coming out of the jack are black and white, so I used those colors in the diagram. The speaker connections are unlabeled, but I'm assuming black is ground. You may have to click the enlarge picture bar to see the picture more clearly. Any help is appreciated.
