Beef liver, fried with onions. Haven't tried adding bacon, but I can't see how anything wouldn't be improved with bacon.
Chicken livers, glah. HORRID.
I can understand why a lot of people think they hate liver... my grandmother always turned it into leather and served it with stewed tomatoes. Vile. My dad always thought he hated liver, until he found out that his mother just sucked at cooking it.
Liver is actually the first meat I would ever eat as a child... they couldn't get me to eat steak or chicken for a long time.
