I've been working on picking the specs for a dream tele. It's gotta be sunburst, but I need help deciding between these two.
1957 Telecaster (2-tone Sunburst): Great look and I LOVE the clean look of a 5-hole, 1-ply pickguard.
1962 Custom Telecaster (3-tone Sunburst): Not as big a fan of the mint guard with extra screws, but LOVE the binding. Also, some clay dots would be pretty sweet.
