On Oh yeah, You're gone, does anyone think at 3:06 the solo sounds kinda John Mayerish. How do you do that lick anyway? I think he busts out some unique moves in the song. Me like. I will likely have more to say on this album. I am a huge fan as well. No other artist has influenced me/changed me like brad has except maybe U2. Overall, I do love the album so far. Still feeling it out. I think Then is ridiculously amazing and I love the extended solo we now can hear on the album version. I hope the rest of the world realizes what a gem this guy is. However, pop culture doesn't value his guitar skills as much as we do, hence, he doesn't quite have the Kenny Chesney, football field filling effect, but I kinda like it that way. Brad and his "skills" are kinda our secret if you know what I mean. More to come...Thanks for all your opinions.
