Notched vintage style 3-saddle bridge is the best option - no neck shimming required, and noc hange in tone. I personally like the Wilkinson bridge with compensated brass saddles.

I also tried a roller bridge with a Bigsby (a B16, though, and the roller bridge was the Wilkinson as sold by Guitarfetish) - nothing but trouble (weird sitar-like noises, loss of sustain, etc.)! Changed to a regular TOM, and while it still doesn't sound like a Tele at all (the ahstray bridge really is important for a true Tele tone, Bigsby or not...), all the problems from the roller bridge are gone!
